Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InSype and the sourcing, search and coordination services supplied by SOFARI LTD through insype.com.

2. What InSype provides

InSype is a sourcing and search service for interior objects, furniture, lighting, art, vintage pieces, decorative objects and related items. We are not a marketplace and we are not the seller of the items we identify.

Our service may include automated search, matching and ranking, review of published inventory, live availability checks, and where applicable outreach or coordination with independent sellers.

3. Service levels

InSype may offer the following service levels. The exact scope presented to you before payment forms part of your order:

• Quick Preview — a free teaser showing promising matches while keeping seller/source details hidden.
• Unlock Quick Preview — €7 — unlocks the source information and details offered for the preview.
• Deep Hunt — €19 — a deeper search based on your brief across relevant sources available to InSype.
• Concierge — €29 — a more hands-on sourcing service which may include verification and coordination steps described at checkout.

Prices and service descriptions shown at checkout take precedence if we later change our standard offer. Taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment.

4. Your request

You are responsible for providing enough accurate information for us to understand your brief, including material constraints such as budget, dimensions, delivery location and deadline. Search results depend on the information available to us and on independent sellers.

5. Item availability and seller information

Prices, availability, condition, dimensions, origin, delivery terms and other item information can change without notice and may be supplied by third-party sellers. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the service level to present useful information, but we do not guarantee that a particular item will remain available or that third-party information is error-free.

6. Buying an item

Any contract for the item, including payment, delivery, returns, warranties, authenticity claims, condition disputes or import obligations, is between you and the seller. We may help communicate or clarify information where this is included in your service, but we do not become the seller or buyer of the item.

7. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

8. Payments

Service payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not ask you to send full card details to us by email. A paid hunt is activated after successful payment. Where an upgrade is offered for the same hunt, you may be charged only the displayed difference between service levels.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. The specific rules for cancelling a paid service, including any applicable cooling-off right and charges for work already performed at your request, are set out in our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Search results and no guaranteed outcome

InSype provides a search and sourcing effort, not a guarantee that a suitable item will exist, remain available, meet every preference or be purchasable on particular terms. Unless we expressly state otherwise, a service fee pays for the work performed rather than for a guaranteed purchase outcome.

11. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, use the service to facilitate fraud, or copy, scrape or resell substantial parts of InSype’s proprietary output or interface without permission.

12. Intellectual property

The InSype brand, website design, software, databases, selection/ranking methods and original content are owned by or licensed to SOFARI LTD. Rights in third-party item images, descriptions, trademarks and seller materials remain with their respective owners.

13. Third-party websites

Results may link to independent websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, security, terms or content. You should review the seller’s own terms before purchasing.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those rights, InSype is not responsible for losses caused by an independent seller, a change in item availability, delivery or customs issues, or information outside our reasonable control. For paid InSype services, our aggregate liability arising from the affected service will not exceed the amount you paid InSype for that service, except where the law requires otherwise.

15. Changes and availability

We may improve, change or discontinue features and service levels. We will not use a later change to reduce a paid service that you already purchased without providing an appropriate remedy. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws of the country where you habitually live where those protections apply.
